JBX Estates and Liquidation was founded by two friends with a shared vision: to make estate and business transitions easier, fairer, and stress-free for every client. We understand that time is often critical when managing an estate or business property. Unlike typical estate sales held on-site, which can delay the process and increase holding costs, we handle everything off-site to complete the cleanout and liquidation quickly and efficiently. We do not charge any fees for the resale of items, and we provide an upfront, transparent percentage of the estimated value, giving our clients confidence and peace of mind while maximizing the return on their belongings. Our goal is to make the process fast, fair, and stress-free, without compromising integrity or transparency.
